Model bridge for HO scale railways

This is a Truss bridge fof HO scale model railways. I designed and printed it for a friend. It is printed in parts in PLA and needs to be assembled. I used epoxy glue to join the parts. The strength is given by two stainless steel rods diam. 3mm. I bought the rods from a local hardware store that sells accessories for tools / industrial moulds. They are infact used for ejector pins. I glued them in place with epoxy glue and it supports over 1.5 Kg! I will publish photos, of the finished bridge, when my friend has finished his version. Needs to be printed with supports but I used line support and they were easy to remove. You need to print 2 x "side assemblies" and 2 x "Base support angles". glue the "base support angle" to the "main base" but slightly in, from the outer edge, so as to allow for the thickness of the "side assembly". The rivet plates are the smallest I could do for a filament printer but may print better on a resin printer (which I don't have). I also included flat fillet plates too. You need to print: 8 single pole, 6 double pole,and 8 triple pole. Photos are of the prototype! Hope to add better photos soon. This version is wthout cross bars. L=180mm , W=60mm, H=51mm
