Model 72B - Juvenile Green Sea Turtle

This is an animation of a juvenile green sea turtle that was reconstructed from photos and measurements of a live individual with a straight minimum carapace length of 27.5 cm and weighing in at 3.0 kg. The turtle was captured by the Inwater Research Group during a thorough in-water assessment to gather valuable data on the demographics of this endangered species. Fortunately, the turtle was found to be in excellent health before being released back into its natural habitat. A skilled CG artist named Johnson Martin used Blender software to meticulously recreate the turtle's likeness.
