Modify the idler arm by cutting a small notch at the pivot point, allowing for a thicker wall on the base. Modify the base plate by increasing its wall thickness around the 6mm push-fit hole, as it kept breaking. Add angled corners to the base plate using material from the cut-off bracket. Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech Prusa I3 A Pro Rafts: No rafts are used. Supports: Supports are not required. Resolution: The print resolution is set at 0.2mm. Infill: Infill density is set to 100%. Post-Printing: It's necessary to screw the 6mm push-fit slowly and carefully.
