I've created a Mod, necessitating additional space away from the wall. The Mod was designed in Tinkercad. Printed in Metallic Blue "Das Filament" PETG with a 0.16mm layer height and some strategically placed supports. To assemble the Mod, you'll need an M8 x 40mm screw, an M8 nut, and several components from the original design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2057941, excluding the "Kopfhalter.stl" file, which has been replaced by my custom creation. I also modified the "duschhalter2.stl" to accommodate a 22mm diameter rod, allowing for a tighter fit and reducing the need for supports. To print this component without supports, simply flip it upside down.
