This is a Mod of shawdreamer's design to give more room for wiring and access to SD card for us old guys with fat fingers. Also added a port inline with usb connection for computer connection . All hardware is m2 stainless . I used finger nail polish for loctite. I added a reset button so I didnt have to unplug to reset. Drilled a hole in housing over button on ramps board. Put a #8 screw in the guide from the bottom added a spring on top and screwed on the red button. Then glued the assy in the hole. works great. Print Settings Printer: PrintRite DIY with Ramps 1.4 control Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 25% Notes: abs with 100 Deg Bed 240 Deg Extruder. Post-Printing Assembly Glued up with ABS pipe glue. used short pieces of wire in screw holes to align spacer . Minor filing and sanding to fit up . all in all pretty easy. Like I said This is for us old guys who can't see and have stiff fat fingers. It was still a challenge for (me) to get everything in there.
