MOD 2 way angled housing
thingiverse
Using the 3-way base housing as a foundation, this piece is adaptable for constructing not only a light stand but potentially various other items as well. I am undertaking a project in my university studies centered around giving old and discarded materials a second life through creative reuse. I have developed an array of connectors intended to seamlessly join disparate scraps into functional pieces of furniture or decorative home goods. At the heart of this design is the capacity for scrap material to be readily slotted into an adjustable inner connector, which in turn can then be joined by these specialized components into the base housing unit. Each separate base housing unit offers a degree of interchangeability, thus facilitating the creation of distinct objects according to specific needs or visions. Moreover, the scalability of these connectors allows for manipulation and experimentation at various scales, potentially yielding an assortment of novel creations based on differing spatial parameters and imaginative designs.
