I designed all these spur gears in SolidWorks for a project I'm currently working on. For each one I made, I created a 3D printed configuration for easy printing instead of machining. There are a total of 43 gears with the following teeth: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 32, 35, 36, 38, 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, 52, 54, 55, 56, 60, 64, 65, 70, 72, 75, 80, 85, 90, 100, 120. All the MOD 1.0 gears in this collection have the following features: 5mm thickness 5mm pilot hole A 0.6mm chamfer to top and bottom for easy assembly without cleanup due to over-extrusion. I checked all files through Simplify3D for errors and none were found. Check my other files for different MOD sizes. Instructions: I tested the 12-tooth gear with my gasser heli main gear at specific settings on my Wanhao D5S mini. I used Simplify3D as my slicer, then re-encoded it through ideaMaker. The material used was 3mm PLA Voltivo ExcelFil Coal Black. 0.4mm extrusion width Two outer shells were printed with a 0.2mm layer height 100% infill Five solid layers on top and bottom Fitment was perfect with no cleanup needed. Note: I do not recommend using these gears on gasser heli's.
