The Nimble V2 family is now available. The new Nimble Version 2 family replaces the previous Nimble V1, which is no longer for sale. A blocky version of the Nimble has been created as a mock-up file. This file accurately positions the screws, filament and drive cable, and will be the final shape of the Nimble. It is the smallest it has ever been and represents the minimum practical shape. The Right hand shape of the Nimble has been used for this mock-up, but in real life, the Nimble can be made to work as a right handed or left handed version. To accommodate users who may prefer to use the Left hand version, we have added that option as well. The Zesty Nimble Extruder is the smallest and lightest extruder you can buy, weighing less than 27 grams on your carriage/effector. It has ample torque and can be installed in multiple orientations. The Nimble is available at https://zesty.tech and is easy to install with or without a bowden cable. You can print any material available with the Nimble. The Nimble is versatile and can fit two easily on top of a Chimera or Cyclops. We have adapters for different hot ends and printers, and will design new ones if needed. The Nimble adapter is our basic adapter that we use to adapt to various hot ends. Be aware that the Nimble is still being updated, so the adapter may change. The Mount block for the Nimble is designed to lock the Nimble in place around the filament. This shape can be simplified if it's too complex, and the large round base is just an example of how it can be used.
