Mockingjay lithophane
thingiverse
Mockingjay Lithophane Software used: Photoshop, Blender, Meshmixer, S3D to add frame and sliced in Cura 3.6 This smaller version has less detail than the full lithophane available on my website: https://www.gadunky.com/product/mockingjay/ Printed on an Ultimaker 2+ Extended using Colorfabb Standard White PLA. A warm white backlight is used (1000k-2000k) and a cool white backlight for added contrast (6000k-8000k). Full size vs smaller version. <img src="https://i.imgur.com/de4hQkN.jpg" alt="alt text" title="Full vs Small size Litho" /> Please note, it's easiest to slice this in Cura or Slic3r and some other slicers. There are a couple of extra steps in S3D because of the way I designed this STL and frame. A bonus is there are some extra editing options available if you know what you're doing in S3D (connected meshes, cropping etc). Check out more on my site: https://www.gadunky.com/
