This device was designed specifically to bypass the automatic shut-off feature of Moccamaster Model A when an external timer is connected or can be programmed to different intervals (DO NOT USE THIS WITH MOCCAMASTER UNLESS IT IS CONNECTED TO AN EXTERNAL TIMER). To activate it, simply slide it over the button and the machine will remain on.
