This is a miniature washer designed specifically for motor screws. When switching to the InDuctrix BL frame, you'll need to elevate your motors or propellers, or opt for new props that don't come into contact with the frame, effectively raising them by 1-1.2mm. It's essential not to overtighten the screws, as doing so will compress and widen the TPU washers, ultimately causing the circlip to collide with the motor and prevent it from spinning freely. To make the process easier, I recommend holding the miniature washer in place within the frame, screwing in the motor screws through the washers, and then mounting the motors.
