Wanted to experiment with placing batteries above props to enhance vertical CG stability... it's a challenging print but turns out lighter than stock. Most walls are .8mm thick. Haven't printed the flanged version yet. Intended nozzle size is .2mm, haven't tried anything bigger. Supports are a must-have. A brim is recommended for non-flanged versions. Added the flange while printing the non-flanged one, don't think it's necessary though. Short standoffs can be used to lower canopy, or even cut down existing frames with short stand offs. I recommend using TPU for its durability, anything else might not withstand the stress. Some type of washer on screws is a good idea to distribute load, especially on cam mounts pair.\r\n\r\nIf you try it out, please share your thoughts...
