Mobula7 HD Durable Canopy

Mobula7 HD Durable Canopy

thingiverse

The Mobula7 HD marked a significant milestone as the first ultra lightweight drone of its kind to hit the market. Those who took the plunge and purchased it were true pioneers in embracing this cutting-edge technology. While that bold move came with its share of drawbacks, the original design was plagued by numerous flaws, including exposed wires, a camera perilously close to the flight control unit, a canopy that shattered on impact, overpowered motors that blew up ESC's, and other issues. However, this revised model addresses some of those concerns, and I invite the community to lend their expertise in critiquing and refining it further. I've successfully printed this drone using PETG with impressive results. For an optimal finish, print it upside-down, as this yields a sleek, flat surface that showcases the mobula ray tattoo prominently. This design can potentially be printed in various materials, so feel free to experiment and share your findings. Take stunning high-definition footage and post your creations – most importantly, have fun with this project!
