Mobula 6 Case

The HappyModel Mobula 6 is an outstanding little whoop-sized quadcopter that meets my needs perfectly, but unfortunately, it doesn't come with a case. To fill this gap, I designed a custom case that holds six batteries, multiple props, several tools, and the lid fits snugly without easily falling off. However, please note that this design is not flawless, but it's a great starting point. Printing Requirements: Body: For optimal results, I recommend printing the body at 0.2 layer heights and 0.4 width. To achieve clean and fast prints, consider increasing the inner wall thickness to 1.6mm. Moderate dialing in should eliminate any potential issues. Lid: If you prefer a plain lid, print it as is. However, if you want a tighter fit, try printing with up to a 5% over-scale setting to minimize slop. The current design features 0.25mm mating surfaces and a 45-degree taper that should print well without issues. Optional Design: For a fun twist, I've included an inset letter version of the lid. To use it, import both the relief lid and the letters into your slicer simultaneously. Ensure they align perfectly, then toggle visibility on one part at a time to slice each section individually. Print the letters first for a clean initial layer, remove any unnecessary keying ring, change filaments, and finally print the rest of the lid.
