This is a battery-pack for the MoBo 800 with 21700´ Li-Io cells. It fits to the original PB-battery mounts to securely hold 10 x 6 = 60 cells of the size 21700 (the 21700-cells holds more capacity than standard-18650-cells). There are two fans (80x80x15) to prevent the cells of overheating. The first fan sucks and the second one blows the air through the battery-pack. The foam on the top and on the bottom ("Bodenschaum" and "Top-Schaum") should be printed with TPU and 20% Infill with "Cross 3D" infill-pattern and only one wall-line. Than it should be soft enough to adsorb shocks. The mounts that holds the 21700-cells (Batterieaufnahme oben / unten) should be printed with ASA or ABS. This is to prevent them of getting soft, if the cells are getting to warm (glass transition temp.). The rest can be printed with quality-PLA+. This will hold and secure the cells perfectly. I have added an arduino-board and some voltage-regulators for permanently measuring the battery temperature in the center of the cells and for powering the fans. And also I have added a 10S battery-balance board. This was created in Fusion 360 - I have attached the *.f3d file for downloading.
