Mobius Torus
myminifactory
This wireframe torus twists in a half-twist along its length, curving outward in a unique way. If you follow the path of a single strand running along its length, you'll find that it creates an interesting pattern. However, I haven't examined what happens to the strands closely enough yet! You know, this twisted shape might not be technically considered a 3D Mobius strip, since that form is probably more accurately described as a Klein bottle in three dimensions. Nevertheless, I'm calling this unique creation a Mobius torus! As you've likely noticed from the photos provided, this print was specifically designed for liquid resin printers like SLA/DLP/LCD machines. However, there's no reason why you couldn't try scaling it up and printing it using FDM if you're feeling adventurous! Just keep in mind that it won't be as visually appealing when printed with traditional methods. Enjoy experimenting with this design!
