Mobius Gimbal - Balanced - Antivibration

Mobius Gimbal - Balanced - Antivibration

pinshape

Summary Tailored for the Mobius cameras, this gimbal is engineered to be significantly lighter than traditional metal gimbals. It's a refined version of my previous design, boasting improved compactness, rigidity, and reduced weight. The electrical components are sourced from a salvaged Chinese gimbal. The primary mounting system is designed to accommodate both the gimbal controller and transmitter seamlessly, with outstanding results over the past four months without any issues. To ensure secure attachment of the control board, the nylon screws' holes require pre-threading with a 3mm metal screw. I've included two versions of the side arm to counterbalance problems associated with heavier brushless motors. Print Settings Rafts: Irrelevant Supports: Unnecessary Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 50% Notes Only some components required supports, while others printed flawlessly without a raft. Printed on a build plate at 110°C, an extruder temperature range of 230-235°C. Post-Printing Hint! A useful tip is to occasionally wipe the build platform with acetone to remove grease buildup and improve adhesion.
