Cages designed to safeguard and protect the Mobius camera are attached directly to the quadcopter frame using screws that hold the top-plate in place. These cages are engineered to be remarkably lightweight, weighing around 8 grams, while also offering robust protection for the Mobius lens. They come in various angles and are compatible with different quad models, ensuring a secure fit every time. To prevent dirt from accumulating on the lens during transport to the flying field, I added a lens cap that fits perfectly into the cage's lens hole. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendelmax 1.5+ Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Rafts: No Supports: Yes Notes: FOR THE CAGE: I printed mine in PLA and it worked out great, but from my perspective, printing it in PETG would be even more elastic and stress-resistant. Use a generous Brim of 6-8mm all around and light supports everywhere for the best results. FOR THE CAP: I printed mine in TPU flex 25 and 45 shore and they both worked well! The fit is quite snug, so if you print it with non-flexible material, just scale it up a bit.
