This is the custom-made Mobius Anti Vibration Mount, designed specifically for the Nighthawk 250 Frame Kit sold by banggood. The original mount was lost in a crash, so I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. It's not perfect - there are minor discrepancies with tolerances (0.1mm offset) and size (2mm undersized) - but it works as you can see from the photos.
