Add some bolts at the hinges to create an adjustable camera mount. I picked up a pack of 8 #6-32x1/2 in. screws with nuts from a big-box hardware store. When tightened, they're flush with the edge of the nut. You'll only need six, but the spares may come in handy later. Use a velcro strap to hold the camera to the top piece and fasten the base to the airframe with zip ties. Version 1 shattered when I planted it firmly into the ground, which led me to make version 2. It was revised to include larger angle adjustment rails, better fit at rear hinge, a 2mm wider lens opening for the lens cap, and longer walls on the rear sides.
