Mobilinkd TNC2.1 Case
thingiverse
This is a case in three parts: top, bottom, and push-button, designed specifically for the Mobilinkd TNC2.1 with its micro USB port. It shares similarities with the standard TNC2 cases but features distinct differences, including a mini-USB to micro-USB conversion, modified LED holes accommodating light pipes, and a tactile switch adjustment for the power button. Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator X (heavily customized) Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .1-.2mm Infill: 33% Notes: Note: Tight tolerances require scaling to account for shrinkage (typically 0.5% in ABS or HIPS). Without adjustment, the screw holes may not align with the PCB. For motor vehicle use, ABS is recommended due to heat resistance. Printing ABS with solid infill can lead to top corner deformation as plastic shrinks unevenly. Custom supports at these corners will prevent sagging and deformation. The case is assembled using four #1x3/8" (SAE) or M2x9.5mm (metric) self-tapping screws; M2x8mm alternatives may also work. The light pipe holes are designed for two Bivar PLP2-125 light pipes.
