This USB battery charger is designed to make it easy for my kids to keep their mobile devices running and charged up while on the go. I never knew someone could run an ipad out of power so quickly! The shoulder strap design allows for my kids to easily carry the mobile USB charger. Parts needed for the project: 3D printed parts: • battery adapter (Shoulder Strap Version) • USB housing • Lid Other hardware: • USB port • Wiring • Uninsulated 18–22 gauge male quick disconnect with a 6.35 x 0.81mm tab (Qty 2) • #4-40 X 3/8” pan head Machine screw (Qty 2) • #4-40 nut (Qty 2) • #4-40 X 3/8” flat head sheet metal screw (Qty 4) • #4-40 X 1” pan head sheet metal screw (Qty 2) I printed using PLA+ with a nozzle temp of 222°C and a bed temp of 77°C.
