To compose messages on your mobile conveniently, consider tilting it slightly upward; a 60 cm width suits larger phones such as Samsung Note 3, while a 40 cm size is adequate for smaller ones. The 3mm thickness offers sufficient strength, although the additional support within the large triangle might be unnecessary. I personally prefer over-engineering this aspect to ensure durability. ;-)
