Mobile Soldering Station - Quicko T12-942
thingiverse
This is a DIY Soldering Station to use anywhere. I modified it a little from my very first version, but this version isn't on Thingiverse! You need Buegel.stl for both versions; I chose 4 M3 Screws, but that was too much... 4x M2.5 will make it fit perfectly. Gehaeuse_v1.stl is designed for a 6s2p with lots of space for your electronic components. Gehaeuse_v2.stl is for a 6s1p with space for your electronic parts. Deckel_v1 is my first version, with 4 holders for T12 irons, but I couldn't use all 4 because there's the 24V plug in the quicko... so I made v2. Deckel_v2 is the new version, with only 2 T12 iron holders. When you put the parts together, use 6x 3.5x16/19mm screws. A screw with M5x20 and a washer will fix the solder. The switch has about 20mm in front. For the Quicko T12-942, you need a little piece of foam on the ground; then the quicko fits perfectly. I used white 1cm thick foam and marked it black in front with an Edding marker. Pushed it down and fixed it with Buegel.stl. More about the electronics can be found at the Austrian Forum cnc-aus-holz.at - https://www.cnc-aus-holz.at/index.php?thread/1342-mobile-l%C3%B6tstation/&postID=15072#post15072. Have fun with your new mobile soldering station.
