A buddy showed me a similar thing that was crafted from wood. The wooden one utilized only one piece and grasped the side of the phone. One of my beta testers requested I make two which worked well with a small tablet too. I added the pins and holes just for holding them together in your purse or pocket. I need to fine-tune it a bit (open the slots) to work with thicker Otter brand cases. It's relatively simple to import it into TinkerCad and open the slot. The pins are a little tight at first, but after a few times put together and taken apart they loosen up. I included the initial attempt model that is thicker and has no pins or holes. It works well on some phones, but you have to get the slot width just right. Keep on printing!
