This works with iPhone4 & 5 models or any phone that shares the same width. A 3/4" PVC pipe is also utilized, which can easily slide in. Version V2.b eliminates the need for sanding down anything. V3.b includes a slot in the back to enable the use of both cameras. The design is enhanced for wider phones and cases with the V4 body. Edit: A new V2.b model was added alongside a sturdier version, the V3.b. Edit 2: As designed for use with a timer, this product excelled at its intended purpose. Its functionality makes it highly effective for crowded events. The compatibility with 3/4" PVC pipe provides numerous possibilities. Connectors can be easily added and paired with a pole to capture wide-angle shots of the crowd from elevated positions. A DIY setup is feasible even without a GoPro, utilizing spare phones to obtain stunning results. This setup may also find use on bicycles. Created using TinkerCad and basic shapes, the assembly features straightforward designs. Initial attempts required sanding down the PVC, but the design has since been scaled up with larger holes to avoid such challenges in future productions.
