I redesigned this to accommodate the phone with a thinner case, settling on a cover thickness of up to 10.3mm. I imported the SVG shape from TinkerCAD into QCad and broke it down into separate layers for more precise control. Then I returned to OpenSCAD to create the extrusions. While not perfect by any measure, this design is fully functional. Printer Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: Not Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Percentage: 20%
