The mechanical part of the rover consisted of four separate axes. Eight small steel wheels were attached to each of them. The special layout of wheel systems presented large degrees of freedom to the rover, making it more flexible for driving and controlling in different places and conditions. 2- The special design of wheels makes the robot more flexible facing the collapsing soils and sudden holes. 3- The hybrid power source were considered in the rover. The solar panels and a small nuclear reactor make a sufficient and stable power source, regardless of the place of landing and both of direction and intensity of sunshine. The hybrid power source provides a reliable and efficient function to the rover.4- Two robotic arms were considered, one of them is a soil digger and the other is a grabber of the soil. The robotic arms provide the soil samples for the robotic lab.5- Another robotic arm was considered for placement of the cameras and telemeters. A little but powerful radar was placed in front of the rover to monitor the surface and subsurface of the moon. 6- Static cameras can be placed on the rovers to provide in detail photos of the function of different parts of the Lunar Heliostat.7- The Lunar heliostat can makes powerful connections to the orbital satellites and the earth control station. It can be derived from satellite data.8- Different types of sensors can be installed on the lunar rover and on its robotic lab.9- The size of the mobile lunar heliostat is 2.00*1.50 meters, which makes the capsulation process very easy. The weight of the rover is about one ton, which makes it carryable with the regular rockets.
