We're proposing a mobile solution for our vehicles: an integrated barbeque stand with automated vending machines. To start, I set up the system to automatically equip our devices with various meats, such as poultry or fish, and then proceed to fry them. Once cooked, we want the finished grilled items to be automatically removed from the baskets and dispensed immediately in laterally arranged machines. This concept involves several assemblies: a central burner that uses fuel gas and radiates heat only into the grill room via radially arranged surfaces. The entire system is enclosed within a frame to create a self-contained machine. We also have an automated basket system with hanging containers that can be equipped and emptied automatically. The new design replaces a project destroyed by vandals in my home, using 24 baskets per machine, each capable of holding four medium-sized chickens weighing up to 2.6 kilograms. This means our vehicle's eight machines can grill 768 chickens per hour, or twice that amount – 1536 chickens – with two machines operating simultaneously. The design files for this concept are available in various formats: STL, PDF, and STEP.
