Mobile for Baby Crib

Mobile designed specifically for a pregnant lady at our office is now available. Printed in lime green ESun ABS at a 0.2 layer height with 25 percent infill and finished with acetone vapour treatment to enhance strength and aesthetics. The collet is engineered for 20mm PVC tubing, commonly used for electrical installations, and the bend at the top features a long 90 degree bend also utilized in electrical installations. These components are simply glued together after determining the correct length using PVC glue. The small end piece is attached in the same manner. A M10 x 100mm bolt is utilized with a 17mm M10 nut in the clamp plate. The bolt is inserted into the knob, followed by the knob plug being placed over the bolt head. This assembly is then treated with acetone vapour to effectively become one part. The collet fits snugly inside the main body piece, with the tapered end facing downwards, and then the nut is screwed on top of this. Before tightening the nut, insert the PVC tubing, then tighten to secure it in place. It's essential to avoid overtightening, as excessive pressure can cause the layers to separate. The body assembly is placed inside the crib, with the clamp plate outside and the bolt connecting the two through the ribs of the crib. Tighten to secure it in place. A hanging block designed for 8mm wooden dowels is used to hang final toys or trinkets. The block and end piece are joined using a short piece of string, either glued or tied with knots on the opposite side of the respective holes. I am currently awaiting a picture of the complete assembly on the crib and will update as soon as I receive it.
