This 3D model originated from Sketchup 8 and was later adapted to all other 3D formats. The native format remains .skp, while the 3ds Max scene uses the 2016 version of the software, rendered with Vray 3.00. This approximately 6500 square foot house was influenced by a replica of Mespelbrunn Castle in Germany that I constructed recently. Although similar in shape to its inspiration, this home's interior is uniquely distinct. Situated near a lake, it also boasts a surrounding moat which doubles as a lap pool. The layout features three spacious bedrooms, multiple baths, a rustic country kitchen, and an office complete with en-suite bathroom and closet. A substantial recreation room and versatile flex area occupy the upper floor of the 4-car garage. This design is entirely accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. The upper level of the garage can be customized to suit various needs. Windows are modular components, enabling easy rearrangement if necessary. Doors also serve as interchangeable parts. Although the basement space is unmodeled, its presence has been indicated for reference. I encourage users to have fun experimenting and customizing this design to their preferences.
