This is based on Medlir's remix, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2737643, which features a single solid piece. I printed one for my wife using glow-in-the-dark Hatchbox filament and it turned out fantastic in .1 mm resolution. However, she wanted to use it with a necklace so I dropped Medlir's remix into Tinkercad, created a large torus with a small radius (r) of 2 mm, and then subtracted a small arc from the top of the heart using the bottom of the torus. This way, a necklace chain can easily slide through. The resulting necklace holes end up being 4 mm in diameter.
