Broke my keycaps so made this as quick'n'dirty draft for replacement, with intention to improve the way keycap holds onto the key shaft. But it works so far so am a bit lazy for improvements hence uploading just in case. ### Printing Orientation The most brittle part is the stems which go into button holes. This is what cracks easily in original keycap. Therefore the best orientation is vertical, long flat side down (onto printbed). This way the stem will be printed as a horizontal wall. The problem of course is supports and this will require a lot of polishing to make sure the stem fits the hole after support residuals are removed. I actually found that simple printing upside down is also tolerable, but you might want to increase the nozzle temp to make sure interlayer adhesion is a top (but that may produce unwanted residuals which would again require removal). Either way I've used horizontal upside-down print (on the photo), no supports, no rafts, printed at 205 and it holds ok. But my PLA is oozing quite a bit at 205 so YMMV.
