MN90/99 D90 Rear Roll Bar with and without tire carrier. You'll need to get quite a bit of support for this to all work; but it turned out really well. Both options are included in the file. You'll need two M2 15mm or better screws to hold the roll bar onto your truck, and one M2 (10mm or better) screw if you want to secure the tire as well. Update: July 19 - I added a middle support for the top bar and stronger supports for the tire carrier into its supporting bar. I also added fillets to make the pieces appear welded.
