<p>A guide for 5 x 4mm OD tubes spaced 15mm apart. Top and bottom half bolt together. The guide has countersunk holes for screwing (lightly, these are not built for strength) to vertical surfaces if required. The M10 Bolts are relaxed, bored, and countersunk for screwing to horizontal surfaces. Tested in PETG 0.2 layer height and PLA 0.2 layer height (0.15 will work as well for both). I have relaxed the bolt and hole threads; these may fail with more than finger tight forces. The bolts may seem a bit tight at first due to printing artifacts: trim them, or run them through a real M10 Nut to get them running smoothly.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Prints without supports smooth faces down. I suggest 0.4 nozzle and a layer height of 0.20 to preserve thread profile. I print stock settings apart from Vertical shell perimeters 3. I do not consider publicly sharing GCODE files currently safe so I suggest that you roll your own.</p>
