This is an improved PTFE holder for the rear. This is made for M6 couplers. This design is similar to others with one exception. the PTFE tube makes direct contact with the threaded side of the coupler. The others I tried had a color that I found to be an obstacle for a clean pass through. I design this from scratch using only the original part for reference. This is not a remix. And it works great. Cut PTFE tube to 31 mm in length.
