This mod of the MMU2S part mmu2-pulley-body decreases the space around the pulley axis and has more support guiding the filament than the standard part.

When printing flexible filaments through MMU2S they tend to get stuck in the pulley axis if there is even slight resistance either downstream, when loading, or upstream when unloading.

For me, using this part has dramatically reduced the amount of jamming in the MMU2S.

There are two versions:

mmu2-pulley-body-mod is simply the modified standard part.

mmu2-pulley-body-modular has a hole in which you can mount the mmu2-pulley-body-module from beneath. The idea here is to be able to experiment with different versions of the module without the need to disassembler/reassemble the entire mmu. (I have not tested this version myself!)

Update 2021-09-29: The mmu2-pulley-body-mod.3mf file is updated with the correct model. (Previously the model in the 3mf differed compared to the STL and lacked one cutout for the grub screw.)

Update 2022-02-19: The mmu2-pulley-body-modular.3mf file is updated with the correct model.

Print instructions

I usually print all Prusa parts using 0.15mm layer height, which works well for me, but standard print instructions (with 0.2mm layer height) should work as well.

Note that the grub screws of the hobbed pulleys need to be oriented upwards when inserting the pulley axis.

Post-processing

If you are printing the modular version, the body has two cylinders which are in the way when inserting the module. These are only intended as support material and they should be easy to break off.
