MMU2S PTFE Tube Guide
thingiverse
I've been battling with getting the MMU2S to function smoothly. There's just too much drag in the system, I'm convinced of it. The original buffer was a real pain to work with, so I decided to simply hold the PTFE tubes at the back of the Lack enclosure lid. I'll figure out something else to replace the buffer - perhaps the rewind spool holders that people have posted here. I printed off the upgraded PTFE holder by vertigo235 from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3233579 It worked beautifully to hold the PTFE tubes in the MMU2S, so I thought I'd create a similar design for the other end. Fortunately, the pass-through tube fittings that I bought off Amazon came in a pack of 10, so I still had 5 to use. This fits perfectly: 5x PC4-M10 fittings 2x 10-12x3/4 screws (leftover from the Lack Enclosure build).
