Here is an easy way to label your different filaments for your MMU2S printer. I replaced the filament buffer with the Integrated Auto-Rewind Spool Holder and stands from Vincent Groenhuis. After putting the spool rewinders on a shelf, these ptfe tube holders help you remember which filament is loaded into which spot for the MMU2S. In my experience, the hole size is enough to hold the ptfe tubes but not squeeze them too much. This might change with your layer height. You might want to print out a quick test to dial it in.When printed with the back down on the bed, you can add a layer change to accent the number as I have done.
