After assembling my MMU2S and upgrading to the MK3S I had a lot of problems getting the filament to load. The issue was the triggering IR sensor in the extruder head. Following the instructions I did a very small trim of the idler arm, but I did a little too much. So I thought a better solution was to fit a small bolt or screw into the arm so that small adjustments could be made. After some Fusion360 modeling...Success! Files and images attached. All the same parts as the original with the addition of a M1.8 x 10mm Print instructionsPrinting is the same recomended PETG as the MMU2S MK3S Idler Arm. Make certain layers are strong as there is not a great margin of error around the M1.8 hole.
