MMU2S Idler Screw Retention Washer - for .6mm nozzle

<p>This is a remix of <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/3151-mmu2s-tension-screw-retention-washer"><strong>Mordiev's MMU2s Tension Screw Retention Washer</strong></a> designed for printers with .6mm nozzles. For whatever reason, the inner diameter (ID) of the original washer design was too big and kept falling off of the idler screw - I assumed it was because I was using a .6mm nozzle so I made this and just like that, no more idler screw hide and seek!&nbsp;</p><p>This washer's dimensions:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>ID: 2.25mm</li><li>OD: 4.25mm</li><li>Height: .2mm&nbsp;</li></ul><p>The Fusion 360 file is also included if you want to change it.&nbsp;</p><p>I printed in PETG with .2mm layer height and is plenty snug - you can essentially screw it on like a nut up to the idler body. I would agree with Mordiev that TPU would be a better material but think this should serve its purpose for a bit.&nbsp;</p><p>Also recognition to Terence's <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/75244-mmu2s-idler-tension-screw-retainer-thumbscrew"><strong>MMU2S Idler Tension Screw Retainer &amp; Thumbscrew</strong></a><strong> </strong>since I printed the thumbscrew (dueces allen key) and combined it with this washer design.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
