<p>This Design replaces the use of 5 PTFE tubes with 5 fittings. For easy access it is angeled by 45 deg. For increased accessibility it is recommended to mount the MMU2 unit in a horizontal position with modified brackets, see</p><p><a href="">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3129292 </a></p><p>In my design I used the variable names from Xuis's design.</p><p>So if it is necessary to adjust it for your purposes, open the design in Fusion360 to change it!</p><p>This link points towards the most up-to-date version of the file:</p><p><a href="https://a360.co/3pE1C4E">https://a360.co/3pE1C4E</a></p><h3><strong>Printing</strong></h3><p>I used PETG</p><p>No support</p><p>height 0,2 mm</p><p>Adjusting the magnet openings for a tight position with “MagnetTolerance” (0,16 mm in my case), otherwise use glue.</p><h3>Assembling</h3><p>To fasten the Magnet Carrier to the Guide I used M3 - threaded inserts, see</p><p><a href="https://www.ruthex.de">https://www.ruthex.de</a></p><ul><li>Cut 5 pieces of PTFE tube to a length extending about 10 mm out both sides of the Guide.</li><li>Insert them into the Guide and position the tube ends to the openings of MMU2S pulley body.</li><li>Chamfer the tube ends with a 2mm center drill</li><li>Push the tube ends into the MMU2S pulley body (it is about 5 mm)</li><li>Slide the Guide into position and screw it with the M3 screws of th Purse MK3 kit.</li><li>Position the MagnetCarrier (with mounted magnets) to the Guide and fasten it with 3 M§x10 screws</li><li>Cut the PTFE tube ends and chamfer the tubes with a 2mm center drill.</li></ul><p>Done</p><p>Hint: to make it easier to insert the tubes though the Guide and into the MMU2S pulley body it can be useful also to chamfer the outside of the tube ends a little bit. ( I used a pencil sharpener)<br> </p>
