MMU2S buffer
thingiverse
An update for those with the BETA version: simply retain dividers and bottom parts, then print new components. You can opt for either the 4mm tube version or the fitting version, such as the Festo QSM-M5, which boasts an 8mm spanner size. Alternatively, keep only the dividers and replace them with a new slot buffer design, utilizing the PC4-M6 fitting instead. Access the final slot version here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4311235 The GAMMA assembly features two distinct versions of SLOTS, tailored for normal 4mm tubes or Festo QSM-M5 fittings. There are three variations of Slot handle to choose from: a standard design, one with a vertical hole for filament, and another with a horizontal hole (designed by Juergen G.). Use the one that suits your preference. Dividers were printed using Prusaslicer 2.1 modifiers, which performed flawlessly. A configuration file for Prusaslicer 2.1 in 3mf format is also available. The BU_Divider-real.stl file was utilized solely for renderings; it wasn't used to print the dividers themselves. Additional assembly components include: * 4 M3x25 mm bolts * 12 M3x10 mm bolts (or 10 Festo QSM-M5 fittings as an optional alternative) * 1 M3 nut I'd like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Michal Fanta, whose design served as a significant inspiration for this project (https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-85794).
