MMU2 Slim Buffer

MMU2 Slim Buffer

thingiverse

This is a remix of GVader's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:389586. Reducing resistance on the filament was a top priority, and this design delivers, working smoothly with the MMU2. A thinner buffer was needed to fit neatly under Polyboxes, saving valuable space in the process. To make things even easier, I included .dxf files for the top/bottom and sides, allowing you to create a full Plexi panel set if desired. The bill of materials is as follows: 2 x 10 X 19 X 5 bearings, 6 x M3 hex nuts, 4 x M3 square nuts, 10 x M3 x 8mm hex screws, 6 x M3 x 6mm hex screws, and 6 x M3 x 6mm countersunk screws. Additionally, you'll need 2 x PC4-M6 push-to-connect fittings, 2 x 331mm x 195mm Plexi panels, and 2 x 2mm x 20mm pins.
