Numerous refinements have been made to the original models to ensure more stable loading and unloading filament, including a 4/2.5 PTFE tube upgrade, better material (CPE-HG100), higher resolution, and other bearings and linear guides for improved precision.I've successfully overcome the known issues by working with this modified MMU2S.Since you can see the difference between the original Prusa and my printed part in picture number 8 (58).Be sure to take a look at picture number 13 (63) - it's crucial!Update October 30, 2019: I've updated the parts list.xlsx file to reflect a change from Stützrolle Messing 5x60mm to Stützrolle Messing 6x60mm.Update November 20, 2019: A critical note: Shorten the original Prusa pin screws M3 and adjust them to match the pulley outer diameter or they will collide with the brass roller (see picture 13).If you don't want to shorten the originals, purchase M3x2 and shorten those instead.Update December 27, 2019: I've inserted a neodym-magnet 10x6x2 in part selector_finda and adjusted the cutter position by 0.3mm.April 24, 2020: The cutting blades have been upgraded to two pieces of Prusa blades (approximately 13.5x4.5x0.45mm).May 22, 2020: I've updated the BOM.March 2, 2020: The selector has been stabilized with an upper guide bushing.All published data is not comprehensive and serves only as a starting point to optimize the original MMU2.
