After installing and printing the original design, I encountered an issue where the filament kept getting stuck on the edge of the 3D PTFE tube, causing a jam. To resolve this problem, I added a backing to the PTFE channel with a slightly rounded hole for the filament to pass through smoothly. Although the chamfer was quite small, it still required some extra work to enlarge it using a bit. However, the result is that the filament now flows effortlessly through the channel like silk. I've included the step file from Fusion 360 in case you want to modify the design as per your requirements.
