I modified the Prusa R2 holder to give it openings under the bolt holes, preventing failures due to cut-off pieces of filament getting stuck in the holes. Before swapping my front PTFE holder with this design, I experienced several failed loads caused by the cutter cutting a small piece of filament that dropped into one of the bolt holes and jammed the selector.
