MMU2 Idler body with gear (extruder)

MMU2Idler with gear based on prusa idler body version M1 My version of my mod is: G1.V1 Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3282939 First time I tried to get MMU2 working the idler body cracked and the result was almost no pull on the filament. So I redesigned the idler from using two screws to instead using one gear(with tightening screw) and one screw. I designed it to use an extruder gear (I used a spare I had) I printed this at 0.1 mm layer silver PETG 20%Infill no support. I printed it with the text against the build plate. It's a tight fit. You push it in so that the geartooth are flush with the hole(see the picture). The screw of the gear need to be aligned so that it's accessible from the side-hole If you want to pull it out you have to insert the motor-rod and tighten the tightening screw of the gear, then pull it out. Remember to screw the idler so that the screws hit the flat side of the motor rod (just like it says in the prusa mmu2 manual). I use this mod in an working MMU2-setup right now. I have not long life proven it yet. I haven't seen any problems yet. 30.03.2019: Still using this without any problems! Total mods on my mmu2: * M1_A selector (other mod under my things) MMU2 Idler body with gear (extruder) (this mod) MMU2 Pulley Body v2 Straight through feed (push fit connectors for the tubes feeding the filament) MMU2 Angled & Dropped Mounts (just changing the angle of the mmu2 on the frame) running standard extruder (but I had to drill with a 3mm bit on the existing hole on the existing extruder hole above the extruder gears. The existing hole was too narrow, and filament got stuck there, causing the MMU2 to grind filament at the same time) I'm using auto rewind spools 3kg from vincent. They work great when they have some time on them(fresh ones don't work as great as the ones used some hours). And I made sure the spring is on the left of the spoolholder.
