I crafted Karkovski's retractable bank and adore it, but my compact Manhattan apartment leaves me with limited space, making it difficult to find a spot for it. My small console table, which I bought cheaply from Wayfair for my printer, was already crowded, so I had to get creative. I decided to cut a hole in the table and inserted the buffer, relying on the threaded rods to support it for easy removal. The exposed rods looked unfinished, though, so I designed this cover to conceal them and give the setup a more polished appearance. If you attempt a similar mount but want a different height, simply adjust the design in Sketchup or your preferred software to suit your needs.
