MMU mini spool MK8.2
thingiverse
Update: Added M6 lower hole thread for PTFE adapters of that size. Update: Uploaded two additional cartridges if you are using PTFE tube with a larger inner diameter - this would make the print easier. You can use a smaller diameter cartridge for a larger diameter PTFE with no impact, in the other direction - you might encounter some difficulties to push the filament easily into the passthrough and PTFE. If you encounter issues with pulling through the filament at first time, just clear the hole in the passthrough with a 1.5 hex wrench. This is a new re-design based on the Prusa MMU mini buffer MK8 by Steveps3 and my own mark 8.1. Loading of the new Cartridge is a simple process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfzSJXjP5Oo How it looks when the MMU is loading: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6umDaf8CWQ How it looks when unloading: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J_oQeWnhyW4 And you can also do direct load (without buffer): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuP5n9LUsD0 This is a complete re-modeling but parts could be compatible with the original design. The new cartridge eliminates the chance of filament getting loose as there is a routing channel guiding the filament. Loading the cartridge is much simpler now. The base now locks the lid into place. The guiding channel also guides the filament into the pass-through and the PTFE (might have issues with Capricorn PTFE). The passthrough on top is just for quick and dirty loading directly into the PTFE, bypassing the roller wheels. It is not really needed for usage and you may opt to not install it. You will need to print two wheels, two roller arms and one of each of the rest. The old base cartridge support is optional.
